~ A Lover of Words ~
English Literature Graduate · Writer · Language Enthusiast
"She is too fond of books, and it has turned her brain."
— Louisa May Alcott
Hailing from the verdant shores of Kerala, I am a graduate of English Literature — a discipline that taught me not merely to read words, but to listen to the silences between them.
My academic journey at Sree Narayana College for Women, Kollam under the University of Kerala has been one of intellectual exploration — from the sonnets of Shakespeare to the stream-of-consciousness of Virginia Woolf, from the postcolonial narratives of Chinua Achebe to the magical realism of Salman Rushdie.
Beyond the lecture hall, I am drawn to the craft of writing, the nuance of language, and the power of storytelling to illuminate the human condition. I believe, as Toni Morrison did, that "if you have some power, then your job is to empower somebody else."
